I teach the Grief Recovery Method to help grievers recover from the emotional pain of loss and change. The Grief Recovery Method is 7 weekly sessions for an individual or 8 weekly sessions for a group. I also teach Helping Children with Loss to help adults learn skills to assist the children in their lives with the emotional pain from loss and change. HCWL has 4 weekly sessions.

Hello y'all! I am a southern momma of 4 grown kids. My husband, Jon and I are a retired military family. Jon and I were introduced to the Grief Recovery Method after the unexpected loss of our 19 year old nephew. We loved the GRM so much that we both decided to become Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. I attend a Helping Children with Loss class first to help my kids. During the class, I realized the potential emotional healing that is possible with the Grief Recovery Method. I signed up for a Grief Recovery Method class for me. I can't begin to describe the blessing the GRM has been to me personally and to our family. I love helping others learn to heal their own hearts.
